I am deeply saddened by the passing of Peter Zingraf. During his time as the German Ambassador in Tirana, Peter's dedication, warmth, and approachable nature significantly impacted all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. I had the honour of collaborating with him during my engagement with GIZ, and his professionalism and kindness were always evident. His sudden loss is truly shocking, and he will be greatly missed as both a colleague and a friend. My heartfelt condolences to his family and the entire team at the Embassy.
