Peter Zingraf was an ambassador, a great man, and a dear friend. I had the honor of knowing him and working closely with him as Minister of the Interior, where his influence brought crucial aid and support to many important projects in Albania. His sudden departure from this life is a profound loss for all those who were fortunate enough to have known him, worked with him, or called him a friend.
