All of us here at the organisation Help - Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe office in Albania, have been deeply saddened to learn of the recent unexpected death of His Excellency Peter Zingraf. I had the honor to meet Mr Zingraf in person on several occasions at events organised by the German Embassy in Tirana. Also Back in 2020 Mr. Zingraf joined me on a visit to the town of Kavaja to visit a kindergarten rehabilitated by Help and to the Youth Detention where we were donating educational IT equipment. Both interventions were made possible with public and private funding assistance as part of the German response to the 2019 earthquake and the COVID-19 emergency.
